WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in London but I am completely mobile. Travel nationwide and overseas are available upon request.

WHAT MAKEUP PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

The skincare products, cosmetics and hair products in my kit are premium brands from worldwide. This along with application ensures long-lasting hair and makeup. Brands include: Giorgio Armani, Cle de Peau, Hourglass, Nars, Laura Mercier, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Charlotte Tilbury, Make Up For Ever, Urban Decay, Anatasia, Kevyn Aucoin, 3CE, Shiseido, Schwarzkopf and many more.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

50% deposit is required to secure a wedding or shooting booking. Full payment of the trial fee is required for trial session reservation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments can be made by bank transfer. The final payment is due to be cleared 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. The total number of services need to be confirmed by the time of final payment. Cash is not accepted.

DO I NEED A TRIAL?

Trial is a good chance to get to know your makeup artist in person. You will know how your look exactly will be before the wedding day, so as to give you peace of mind. If you are not going to have a trial session, we can discuss your wedding plan by email or WhatsApp.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A TRIAL?

The trial takes place ideally after you confirm your wedding dress. It will be at my home studio in Bushey after 1 pm. I can come to you if you want, an additional travel fee will be required. The entire session takes up to 4 hours. A questionnaire will be sent to you before the trial. This is a way for me to understand your skin condition, makeup habits, personal style and preferences. I would love to prepare well before meeting you so we can achieve the perfect look effectively. It's a great idea to bring any accessories, or your veil if you have one, to try out with your chosen style. All looks will be photographed and sent to you afterwards.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY TRIAL APPOINTMENT?

If you would like to have your mum, or sister or best friend there for a second honest opinion then absolutely feel free to. Maximum 1 guest is welcome.

I WOULD LIKE A NATURAL LOOK. WOULD THAT BE OK?

Yes, of course. It is always important to feel comfortable and look like yourself on your wedding day. We will start with minimal makeup and build it up to a point where you feel it’s just right for you. However, colour and contour will be flattened by about 30% in professional cameras and lighting. I advise wearing slightly more than daily makeup will make you shine in the photos. We will further discuss to achieve the balance between your natural beauty in real person and the photos.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

I will arrive at your location in plenty of time to set up my working station so that we can get started at the time agreed. It is important to me that your wedding morning is relaxed and happy! I suggest that hair & makeup be completed about an hour before you go. This allows some buffer time for you to get dressed, relax and take some pre-ceremony pictures. If there is quite a number of you in your booking, I will send you a detailed schedule in advance, which will help you to organize your time.

HOW LONG DO MAKEUP AND HAIR TAKE ON THE WEDDING DAY?

The first bridal look takes about 2.5 hours. 30 minutes for each onward style change.

WILL THE MAKEUP AND HAIR LAST ALL DAY?

Frankly speaking, if your skin is in good condition, the makeup will stay perfect for a longer time. You are highly recommended to put hydrating masks on and drink more water before your wedding. By adding your effort, my specialist bridal makeup up application techniques will give your makeup the best-staying power! Having your own lipstick/ lipgloss and pressed powder standby is always a great idea. Extra staying on for a change of look and touch-ups can be booked upon request, which leaves you to shine all day with peace of mind.

12.

WILL YOU FIX MY VEIL AND HEADPIECE FOR ME?

I will stay until you are in your dress and be there to help with your veil, headpiece and final touch up before you go.

CAN YOU DO MAKEUP FOR MY GUESTS AS WELL?

Yes, I can do the entire wedding party. Each guest's makeup and hair will take around 45 minutes. However, if the booking is not possible for one person due to the number of services and time constraints, I recommend you to book a second makeup artist so that I can focus entirely on you.

CAN I REDUCE THE PRICE IF I DO NOT INCLUDE LASHES?

The individual eyelashes are a complimentary extra offered so there is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.

15.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL COSTS?

In most cases, travel has been already included in the package. If the preparation location has changed, an additional travel fee will be incurred. (All distances are based on return journeys.)

DO YOU CHARGE ACCOMMODATION COSTS?

Accommodation expenses will be required for bookings over 50 miles or requiring the artist to start travelling before 6 am. The specifics will be discussed during the booking process.

17.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should for any reason result in you cancelling or postponing your booking, the reservation deposit and final payment are non-refundable. We allow for one date change within the next 6 months (subject to the availability of the artist). At least 72 hours' notice is required for cancellation or postponing.
