HAIR TIPS FOR MY BRIDES

Having a trim and colour treatment before the wedding day is highly recommended. Below are the tips that would help you have an easy discussion with your hairdresser.

1/ LENGTH

Hair in mid-back length or around the armpit, 40-50cm, would be the best length for all kinds of hairstyles. Please have a trim if your hair is longer than that. Otherwise, your hairstyle would probably look too big, heavy and clumsy. How about if you would like to keep your hair short? Sure, we love the bride with short hair. Just keep it and be yourself. We have some short wedding hairstyle ideas from bobs to updos that are perfect for brides.

2/ LAYERS

Layers are strongly recommended. Long layers at the back will enhance volume and create movements for your hairstyle, which gives you a fresher and lighter look on your wedding day. Medium layers in the front, which are about the length of your chin will bring you better face-framing.

3/ COLOUR

If you are looking for some textured, braids, and messy hairstyle, lighter hair colour is a must. The key is to choose the colour from medium to light shade. Cool or warm tone, highlight or not, is just up to you. If you would like to keep your hair in natural black, a clean, sleek or low-textured hairstyle will be more suitable for you.

AND DON'T FORGET...

Please avoid any straight or perm treatment before your wedding day. These will change the structure of your hair, which shorten the longevity of the curls. Wash and blow-dry your hair completely the night before your wedding day. That will definitely give you a fresher and more volume look to your hairstyle.
